Quality Assurance

We have processes where quality is virtually existent. With ISO 9000-2015 certification and TQM by 5s system in place, our processes are stringently controlled and monitored to ensure the highest levels of quality possible in our industry. Last but not the least is the products. Our products are checked and rechecked, in process as well as at the final stage. Products that meet the specifications are dispatched and hence our clients can be rest assured that they will never have a quality issue while packing their goods.

We have a fully equipped and manned laboratory to check various properties of our can materials as well as finished goods. We have a Batch to Batch checking procedure.

For inputs we check:
  • Film GSM by GSM Test.
  • Micron and DYNE Treatment Test.
  • Ink Viscosity and Solid Content.
  • Drying Limit and Shade by Drawdown of Ink.
  • Adhesives and Mixing Ratio.
  • Shelf Life and Pot life of products.
For the finished products, the checks include:
  • Print Quality and Ink Checking
  • GSM Checking by GSM test.
  • Solvent Tests involve Carl Fisher test, Moisture test, Evaporation test and Flame test.
  • Lamination test include Bond Strength, Tensile Strength, COF test, ODOURLESSNESS test.
  • Seal Strength test and GSM test.
  • Test Certificate with every finished material despatch.

Our Quality Control Department is fully-equipped to meet the toughest standards set by clients. Vigorous tests are carried out on all raw materials and finished products to ensure that our products are clean, hygienic and defect-free. Checks are done at all the stages of production cycle. Technical assessment of products verifies conformity to customer's specifications and customized reports ensure total traceability.
